Weird RPG 2 is a fresh third-person action RPG that puts a big focus on stylish combat and fun exploration. It is all about hunting monsters, grabbing loot, Discover different maps and taking on tough bosses with tons of unique gear and items to keep things exciting the whole way through. The combat is built around parrying, kind of like Sekiro, but way more chill. The timing is Forgiver, there are no harsh death penalties and the difficulty is much lower than most Souls-like games. If Sekiro always looked cool but felt too scary to try, this is the perfect place to start. If you have already played Sekiro, there is still plenty here for you. The equipment system is super creative and lets you build wild setups. You can fight enemies in clean, skill-based duels, or go full power mode and turn yourself into a monster-slaying machine—yes, even throwing hands with guns. Parrying is the heart of the combat, but it is designed to feel smooth and satisfying instead of stressful. You get to enjoy the flow of sword fights without needing insane reflexes. There’s also a really cool twist: you can use your microphone to control magic and attack enemies with your voice. It adds a totally unique vibe to fights and makes combat feel different from anything else.
The world is packed with weird creatures, surprises and challenges around every corner. You never really know what you are about to run into, which keeps every area feeling fresh. Best part? The entire game was made by one person over about four years which makes the whole experience even more impressive.
