So Fate/hollow ataraxia is finally remastered and on Steam now, and honestly, it’s about time. It takes place like six months after the whole chaos of the Fifth Holy Grail War. And yeah, it’s got those sweet HD visuals now, plus it's fully localized in English and Simplified Chinese for the first time—so no more trying to piece together translations. You basically get to choose your own adventure as you explore the city of Fuyuki. The story jumps between daytime and nighttime scenes with tons of cool scenarios and as you go, you will also unlock some wild minigames. Like, not just little distractions, but full-on features packed with extra content. You’re back hanging with all the OG characters—Shirou, Rin, Saber, the whole crew—and it starts out all peaceful, but you just know something’s coming. And yeah, it does. Somewhere outside the city, Bazett—this crazy-strong mage who used to be in the Holy Grail War—wakes up. And boom, she’s face-to-face with this Servant called Avenger. He wasn’t even part of the last war, so stuff’s clearly not normal. He’s like, “Let’s go, Bazett. Time to finish what we started and find your real wish.” Super cryptic, super intense. So yeah, just when you think it’s all over, Shirou jumps back in. Dude’s still aiming to be a hero, and this time he's got four wild days ahead of him. What’s gonna happen? No idea—but it's Fate, so expect drama, fights, and feels.
Oh, and there are also these bonus side-stories and minigames with ridiculous names like Tiger&Shorts Hanafuda Travel Journal EX, Tempest Illya’s Castle, and even Tohsaka Shrine’s Fortune Booth. Pure chaos. Pure fun. If you’re into the Fate universe, this one’s a must-play. No question.
