Alright, so Zombots is this crazy fast-paced FPS that totally gives off Doom vibes but mixes it with the addictive replayability of Brotato. You’re basically blasting through endless waves of enemies, and the soundtrack? Straight fire. It’s the kind of music that makes you wanna keep your finger glued to the trigger while dodging a million things flying at you.
The gameplay is full-on roguelike, so every run’s different. You’re grinding through waves, picking up upgrades, and unlocking new abilities while everything keeps getting harder. Either you survive ‘til morning, or, well… you become robot zombie chow. No pressure.
Weapons? There’s a ton. You’ve got everything from a rapid-fire shotgun that shreds, to this sticky plasma launcher that’s just dumb fun. And you’re not stuck with basic versions either—you can upgrade them to be absolute beasts. It’s super satisfying when you max one out and just melt through enemies. Then there are your abilities. You can trick out your character with stuff like a dash that gets you out of sticky situations, an energy sword that wrecks anything up close, or even shoulder turrets that auto-fire while you’re busy dodging. It is all about stacking the right combos and going nuts.
The enemies aren’t playing around either. You’ve got mindless drones that swarm you, stealth assassins sneaking up outta nowhere, and these huge titans that are straight-up tanks. You really gotta stay on your toes if you wanna last.
And if you’re into leaderboards, there’s one of those too. You can grind up your score multiplier and flex by climbing the ranks. Makes surviving even more worth it when you’re showing off that top score.
