Alright, so Splintered Fate just got a serious upgrade with Metalhead rolling into the fight. He’s the first fully ranged character in the game, and honestly, he feels completely different from the Turtles. Instead of getting up close, you’ll be blasting enemies from a distance, spinning into a crazy missile frenzy, and even dropping landmines to mess up anyone chasing you down.

On top of that, he is got a natural connection with the brand-new (and free!) Robotics Powers, making him a total game-changer. You can run him in the Main Campaign or test him out in the new Arcade Mode — either way, he’s locked, loaded, and ready to roll.

And it does not stop there. The update also drops five new Artifacts that shake up your runs in wild ways. The Mysterious Gofu gives you a random Tool every time a Chapter starts. The Gigantic Tusk and Kitsune’s Cup take away healing, but reward you with a pile of extra Dragon or Dreamer Coins.
