OVERVIEW OF SLYDERS

If you wanna take on a massive evil army all by yourself, you basically have to turn into a walking disaster zone. You get to pick from a bunch of active and passive abilities, summon insane allies like Bernard — this absolute unit of an elephant warrior — or Sandy, a giant sandworm lady who just destroys everything in her path. You can drop deadly turrets everywhere, grab special weapons, upgrade crazy-powerful items, fight huge bosses, and try not to get obliterated by the nonstop rocket spam flying at your face.

The whole game takes place in Sky World, which is basically a huge fantasy sky kingdom made of floating islands, each with its own people, vibes, and culture. Everything was peaceful until some evil overlord and his demon army decided to roll in and ruin everyone’s life. Now the place is full of chaos and corruption, and a bunch of resistance fighters from all over Sky World are teaming up to take it all back.

Across intense 15-minute runs, you go from total rookie to absolute god of destruction. The combat is fast, the movement is wild, and you’re constantly upgrading your active abilities, passive boosts, and stats. There’s also meta progression with powerful powerups and weapons.
