Dive into Relic Space, a rad turn-based roguelike RPG where you’re out to rebuild civilization after a galactic mess. You’ll step into the shoes of a legendary Omega pilot and dive into some seriously tactical hex-based space battles.
With over 40 unique sectors to explore and complete missions in, you’ll be upgrading your ships with tons of equipment and making some strategic moves on a grid that’s got a classic roguelike vibe but with a sleek, modern twist.
The combat’s all about realism—expect your ship’s parts to catch fire, leak power, or suffer from other nasty effects. You have got to keep an eye on heat energy, and fuel levels, making smart moves and gear choices to stay in the fight.
The game’s world is procedurally generated but with cool handcrafted touches. There are 4 main factions and 7 minor ones all doing their own thing—research, trade, construction, you name it—so your actions will impact their progress and survival. You can use your growing rep to score better ships and deck them out with a bunch of weapon and utility options. There’s a flexible skill tree for upgrading your piloting skills and relics to research for even more powers and equipment. The year is 2612, and the galaxy is a wreck. You’re part of Omega, an elite squad of genetically engineered supersoldiers from the Order, originally set up to fend off the big, unlikely threats. After the disastrous Fall, your mission is to recover lost knowledge and rebuild. But now there is a new threat emerging that might just magic doom for what is left of humanity.
