Heroic Songs: the Remix! mixes idol life with city-building in one wild combo. You’re dropped into this mysterious place called the Void and have to help Akari Sunohara chase her dream of becoming an idol while also turning a lifeless world into a booming fan paradise. You will be building roads, houses, concert stages, and more—all while watching Akari rise to stardom. Your duty? Create the ultimate “Fanctuary” where idols and fans can thrive together.
There’s a ton of freedom in how you build your city, with over 50 different structures to mess around with. You’ve got basic stuff like houses and roads to bring in Fans, production buildings for gathering materials, processing facilities to craft new resources, and even fun spots where your Fans can spend stuff to earn Likes—which help you progress. You can earn Likes through building, tours, and even short rhythm-game concerts that last about 30 seconds each.
As you level up, you’ll unlock new building styles inspired by all sorts of worlds—fantasy, sci-fi, Japanese, and modern ones. Plus, your Fans come from across the multiverse, so your city ends up feeling like a crossover festival. Build stages for your idols to perform live, and they’ll boost nearby buildings while performing! The more they sing and dance the stronger they get. Concerts are where things really heat up. They’re short rhythm challenges where you keep the beat to hit target scores. Crush them and you will unlock new story chapters, outfits for your idols, and rewards that help you expand your Fanctuary. Every win pushes the story forward and gets Akari closer to her dream.
Story-wise, it all kicks off when you’re just vibing at a concert by top idol Ruri Tsukuyomi—then boom, you wake up in a completely different world. You’re saved by Akari, this super upbeat girl who loves idols, and meet Moku-san, a chill flower spirit. Turns out you both got sucked into the Void, and the only way home is through Akari’s power as an idol. In this world, idols are not just entertainers they are literal beacons of hope that connect lost worlds. So it’s up to you and Akari to build your Fanctuary and light the way back home.
Akari starts off as a regular girl, kind of unsure of herself, but she grows a lot as she meets other idols and gains confidence through her performances. Along the way, you’ll meet other stars—like Ruri, the ultimate idol with an unmatched voice; the King-Idol from Seven Falls who’s both a ruler and a fanboy; the cool and mysterious sci-fi idol from Discordia; and the wild Behemoth of Karan Ashihara, who becomes one of Akari’s toughest rivals. Each one adds their own flavor to the adventure.
And yeah, if you’re planning to stream or make fan art, the devs are totally cool with it—as long as you add your own creative twist, like commentary or reactions. You can post fan art, cosplay, comics, whatever you want, as long as it’s for fun and not for profit. Just don’t use official assets or make stuff that harms the game’s image.
