You’ve only got a day to prep, so you better start building fast because when night hits, it’s gonna get insane.

You play as a Germanic tribe, and your job is to build up defenses, improve your resources, and get ready to face wave after wave of Roman soldiers. You’ve got to manage your resources carefully and lead a barbarian army made up of all kinds of wild units, including bears that are literally bred for tearing men apart. But you’ve got to ask yourself—Is Tyr on your side? Will Odin write your name in the Hall of the Dead, or are you gonna fall to the might of Rome?

There are two main modes you can dive into. In One Long Night, you build up during the day and fight off endless waves of Romans all night. It is non-stop action, and you gotta survive as long as you can. Then there’s Wave of Rome, where you build over multiple days, and each night the Romans come harder and stronger. The real goal is to fight your way to the top of the leaderboards and then do whatever it takes to stay there. You’ve gotta place your structures strategically near resource tiles to make sure you’re getting the most out of everything. Upgrade your buildings to boost your resource production and use that to pump out more troops. Defend your key positions and build up your defenses to keep those Romans at bay.
