Welcome to ShapeHero Factory, a game that mashe’s up factory building, roguelite action and tower defense vibes. The ancient “Great Calamity” is starting to wake up from its pages, and the only way to defeat it is by crafting pint-sized heroes from that magic scroll. But here’s the twist—you can’t control these heroes directly. All you can do is build and improve your factory to churn them out fast enough to hold off endless waves of enemies.

Each round, the enemies get tougher, so you’ll need to use special artifacts (think: supercharged factory upgrades) to keep your defenses solid. Creating heroes? That’s where the magic scroll comes in. You’ll transport basic shapes across the scroll and mix them up to build your heroes. Circles and triangles make soldiers, circles with squares make sprites, and adding more squares gives your heroes shields. Experiment with different combos—who knows, you might discover something awesome!

As you move deeper into the Book of Magic, you’ll face a variety of creepy creatures sent by the Great Calamity. Each enemy has its own tricks, so you will need the right hero to counter them. After each victory, you’ll choose from randomly generated rewards to boost your factory. Maybe you’ll snag a new artifact, or maybe you’ll level up an existing one—the choices are endless, making every game a fresh challenge.

Also, as you collect enhancement points, you will unlock powerful new abilitie’s through Grand Knowledge. The more you play, the stronger your factory gets, so each run feels like progress, and each “author” (aka playable character) has a totally different way of building their factory.
