OVERVIEW OF ECOGNOMIX
Get ready for a wild mashup of roguelite and city-building in Gnome’s Quest! Your gnome village is perched on top of a massive network of mystical caves, and it is your job to send out teams of gnomes on adventurous runs to snag resources.
Use what you collect to expand your little kingdom and grow your crew of prospectors. As your village flourishes, you’ll unlock new abilities for your gnomes, discover new biomes, and battle some seriously weird creatures and extraordinary plants hiding underground.
Up top, you’ll build and develop your charming gnome village. Unlock new buildings, snag upgrades and discovery cool abilities to set up production chains for valuable resources. Strategic think is key at every level! You’ll choose from a variety of gnomes, each with its own specialties. Place them at the start of your turn and send them off to gather resources while fending off enemies. Once your turn’s over, you can reposition your team, bring in more gnomes if needed, and gather supplies again!
But watch out! The deeper you delve, the more unstable the caves become, and pesky bats will start picking at your supplies. You’ll need to decide when it’s time to move on and which path to take in the caves. The further you go, the more resources you will need.
Every run lets you adaptation and upgrade your team in different way’s to make each campaign feel fresh and unique. Switch up your gnome lineup and adjust your tactics on the fly. You can pick from a range of gnome’s to tackle the challenges ahead, assign game changing upgrades that create unexpected combos, and even uncover hidden special abilities for certain gnomes.
Venture into those caves knowing you’ll snag resources no matter how it goes. The deeper you explore, the more valuable your loot will be, and trust me, you won’t come back empty-handed!
