The story takes place in a imaginary eastern european country of the government by a crazy dictator who is been in power for years. He is notorious for carriers out ruthless purges killing anyone who opposed him. To keep the population under control, the government chipped everyone in the neck to track their movements, and enforced a uniform dress code with numbers assigned to each person.
